Tottenham continued their superb performance today against West Bromwich Albion in the lunch time kick-off. They demolished West Brom by four goals to nothing and are now second in the premier league table just four points behind Chelsea.
Harry Kane who became a father this week, opened the scoring in the 12th minute to break the baggies dogged defence. West Brom were poor in the first 45-minute and Tottenham dominated play. In the 26th minute, Eriksen’s shot was deflected for an own-goal conceded by Gareth McAuley.
In the second half, West Brom stepped up their game but in the 77th minute, Harry Kane scored a scissor kick goal that put every of their resurgence to death.
Five minutes later, Dele combined very well with Kane; Kane completed his hat-trick and thirteen of the season.
Tottenham now have 45 points and one point above Liverpool who will play tomorrow against in-form Manchester United at Old Trafford.
