Pep Guardiola has made another revelation just days after admitting that his team are no longer contenders for the premier league title.
Guardiola is feeling the heat of the premier league and he agreed that he has never been in this type of situation but promised to work hard.
“I don’t understand the lack of respect for amazing players when people say they are not good enough for me,” the Spanish manager said.
“Maybe the expectations about my coming here and the commentary on us winning 10 games in a row were exaggerated,” he added.
“Maybe I’m not good enough for them.”
Manchester City will play Tottenham today by 6:30pm (G.M.T +1). City will be looking to bounce back from last weekend heavy defeat to Everton (Everton 4-0 Manchester City).
“It is the first time I have been in this situation and I want to handle it, but I am not going to say my players are no good,” he said.
“I want to be top but we are not.”
