Barcelona have unveiled new signing Nelson Semedo at the Nou Camp. He was part of the Portugal’s team at the confederation Cup that finished third in Russia.
The Catalan giants officially confirmed the move for the 23-year-old right-back on Friday after the young defender successfully completed a medical and signed a five-year deal.
The talented youngster put pen to paper on a move worth up to £30m. It is believed Barcelona will pay more than £26m initially with the rest being spread across the length of the contract as bonuses.
The capture marks new coach Ernesto Valverde’s third signing of the summer after the return of Gerard Deulofeu from Everton and the arrival of young centre-back Marlon.
